Ever since I was a kid I watched my grandmother cook amazing southern meals. She inspired me to become the home cook I am today. Being vegan is a very important part of my life and well-being. I have been vegan since I was a kid. 

 

I am hoping with my recipes, and dumb humor I share with you, inspire you to create amazing meals for yourself, family, and partners.

 

Being vegan is an incredible step for the voiceless animals who deserve to live a full life, the environment, and your health.
